Can my order be delivered internationally?
Yes, we do international shipments, in which case both the shipping times and costs are different from those offered within Spanish territory.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number, where you can check the status of your delivery.

How can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please contact with your order number if you have any questions.

What is the return policy?
Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
As soon as we receive your package, we will check the status of the items and make the change of size or refund of the returned garments. Keep in mind that in the case of returns by postal mail, postage due or cash on delivery will not be accepted and that shipping or return costs will not be paid.
In case you prefer another size, you can request it at the time of making the return. To do this, indicate on the delivery note the item you want to exchange and the new size.
If this size is not available, we will refund the amount of said garment.
If you prefer to change your garment for another model or color, you will have to return the item and place a new order.

What is your warranty?

However, it should be remembered that all our products are handmade by professionals and as it is an artisan process, it may happen that there is some kind of difference between the products shown on the website and the final product received.
